as players need to navigate the course without regularly coming into contact with other groups. As much as possible, the angles of shots are positioned in such a way so that other persons are not endangered on differing holes. Direction of shot, barriers and terrain will be utilised to prevent stray shots. Ok, Ok you can never totally account for the way some people play! Pathways can be linked from hole to hole and/or a continuous path installed such as is the case with the putt in the park courses. Disability access is generally required, for outdoor courses as is enough space for groups to comfortably stand whilst one of them is putting from the tee.
our latest innovation is to use a different turf for teeing off. We have found that there is always confusion when tee markers are placed as people who play mini golf are not always aware of the set up of regular golf. A clearly defined square is the best way to encourage patrons to play from the correct spot.
Play dynamics is thought through with some points highlighted below. I may go into more detail at some point.

The planning aspect is carefully considered. It takes around 1-
The overview plans are basic 2d outline in either PDF or DWG format. The plan highlights drainage, electrical runs and fence lines. We create the scope works from here and work on various parts of the course design. Lighting plans showing luminance for instance. Kiosk/indoor cafe is generally a separate consideration. Design can either be a drop in unit/units (temporary for easing planning) that are pre designed for outdoor courses or a full on architect design for new build/redesign. See How we work for details . We then turn the 2d plans into an enhanced conceptual plan with 3D views and video walk through of how the course will look. Individual holes can be viewed with a j peg still frame picture. This allows you the client to get the best possible vision of your future course. We understand that one mans vision can never be fully imagined by another. This however leads to an element of surprise the a material finished course always surpasses the generated imagery.
