We can produce 2d course plans along with detailed 3d designs where you can view the course from every angle in daytime or night. From ideas and sketches to a conceptual plan and on to detailed blue prints -
From initial contact we work with you to create an overall idea. Once all information is gathered and processed, the fun part begins. There's nothing like the starting point as its just a blank piece of paper ready to be filled with adventure. We start scribbling on bits of paper rather than on the computer, as the ideas tend to flow a little easier when you are sat back in a relaxed position. Balancing in the mind, what has been successful in past and melding with new ideas. We believe no two courses should ever be the same, maybe similar but never the same. Perhaps a hole or two that play the same but feel different. We assess your location and design a course to best suit your site. We consider the impact it will have on your patrons and the surrounding environment.
as how the course plays has been proven to effect repeat business. We do our best to bring to life a 3d image that helps you to visualise the mini golf course from the outset. Add to this real photos along with individual hole designs which will help you grasp the completed course concept.
We created a 3D model from Styrofoam, clay and felt. I must have spent weeks perfecting this model, that I never got paid for! As soon as I showed it to the customer he immediately took it and gave it to his 3 year old son to play with. That's the lengths I went to! Thankfully things have got a little easier though perhaps not quite as much fun! The conceptual photo above it was for a client who was looking to build a course in Tulum, Mexico. We never got past the first concept phase! The reason I show this one is because it shows how form starts from the initial idea. We show a portion of our vision and from this we can adjust or follow the concept.
For example: an elaborately themed course constructed away from tourist destinations will not have a turnover greater than a normal putting course.
