What golf game can you think of? I'm sure you have ideas for golf games that will never see the light of day. I'm the same and yet these games can and perhaps one day will work. Take for instance foot golf - that's a game that kids have been playing for years, I can remember playing versions of this game thirty years ago and my brother says he was playing it 10 years previous to when I played. I bet people we're taking aim on this type of golf football game probably around the time of when football was invented. Games that i played as kid were golf, football, bowls (yes bowls!), Frisbee, hide and seek type games and 40 40 home (why did it get that name) or a fusion of these games ... On our local Field we created  pitch and courses which during the long hot summers were as good as the local course. It gave me a feel of positioning holes, putting them in tricky situations and creating an adventure. Placing the hole cup right near the tree by the road made it difficult, (there weren't as many cars back then!)  hit the shot too hard and you're in trouble. But that's part of the game we grew up with, awkward situations makes people laugh and that is what I love about tough games. Games can't be too safe and too easy. What makes us try again is the determination to overcome the difficulties. I've got ideas for games and I'm sure you have to. On my first website I described a game which was to be played on a mini type golf course. Each player has five shots to gather as many points as possible by hitting obstacles, landing on score zones, going through tunnels… The player then had to hole out on his fifth shot to either keep his score or lose the lot. A guy form Sweden called me up and said he loved the idea. I’m not sure if this game is now being played in Sweden or anywhere else but I saw and still see no reason why this game cant work, so if you have an idea then give us a call. The future is ours to invent.
